The EnvironMist System produces a 'high pressure fog' (70 BAR, 1000 PSI) through the simple process of pressurising normal tap water through precision nozzles into fine droplets less than 5 micron in diameter therefore resulting in a fine fog. The system is efficient in the usage of energy and water.
The concept is simple however the application is more complex. The EnvironMist System consists of industrial quality high pressure pumps rated to 100 BAR/1450 PSI, water filtration systems to 5 micron, stainless steel atomisation lines and high-pressure fog nozzles ranging from 0.15 mm/0.005” to 0.5 mm/0.020” orifice diameter.

This patented and innovative design in stainless steel nozzle line has reduced installation times and has made our systems far superior to any of our competitors. The nozzle collar has a 360° orientation and has exceeded pressure test of 100 BAR. This technology has been applied to the agricultural, mining and disinfecting industries with remarkable results and phenomenal cost savings for our clients.
